Yogi Bear’s Jellystone at Coyote Ranch has established the following General Campground Guidelines to help insure your safety and enjoyment while in our park. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

These guidelines are items which pertain specifically to our guests renting a campsite.

Check-In Time: 3pm

Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. (CST).

Deposit: The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.

Additional Guest Fee: This per person fee is required for guest above allotted site limits. We find it to be the fairest way to price Campsites/Lodging for different size groups and it includes all the facilities our Campground has to offer.

Ground Disposal: Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.

Sewer Connections: Sewer Connections are required by State Law and must have a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector. Be sure to use a Water Pressure Regulator.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations – Campsites (RV & Tent): We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FORTY-EIGHT (48) or more hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeit.

CancellationsCabins & Cottages: Guests are required to cancel their reservation by email to info@wichitafallsjellystone.com or by phone (940) 767-6700 90 or more day prior to arrival- to receive a 100% refund minus $35 cancellation fee. A cancellation received inside the 90 day window but more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund minus $35 cancellation fee. A cancellation received less than 60 days from arrival, will not receive a refund- regardless of reason.

HOLIDAYS

  • Holiday weekends are always so popular for families who enjoy camping! Book any of our special holiday weekends and enjoy additional planned activities and even a few Special Events! A 3 night minimum reservation (Thursday-Sunday or Friday- Monday) will be required for the following Holiday Weekends:
    • Memorial Day (May 26-30)
    • July 4th Weekend (July 30-4)
    • Labor Day 2016 (September 1-5)

    Unfortunately, due to the popularity of these weekends, Refunds will not be issued once the site has been booked. We take your site off our reservation software- to ensure you have a comfortable and worry free experience, once booked. We cannot accommodate for Holiday Weekend Cancellations- because we may not be able to re-book the site.

  • Hotter’n Hell weekend is always so popular! A 3 night minimum reservation (Thursday-Sunday or Friday- Monday) will be required for Hotter’n Hell 100 (August 25-28)
    Unfortunately, due to the popularity of this weekend, Refunds will not be issued once the site has been booked. We take your site off our reservation software- to ensure you have a comfortable and worry free experience, once booked. We cannot accommodate for Hotter’n Hell cancellations- because we may not be able to re-book the site.

Reservations

Minimum Reservation: During Peak Season there is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for all campsites. Spring Break (March 13-20) and Holidays (Memorial Day,  Labor day and Independence Day, & Hotter’n Hell require a THREE (3) night minimum reservation.

Reservation Changes: We’ll be happy to change the dates on your reservation (one time) if notified Thirty (30) days prior to your reserved date. Holiday reservations are not able to be changed once paid and booked.

Pets

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. There will be a $25 fee per pet if staying in a cabin or cottage. Pets should be crated when left in a cabin or cottage if you are not in the cabin/cottage with them. Damage to furniture or doors are the responsibility of the person that rented the cabin/cottage.

Not all cabins are Pet-Friendly cabins, please make sure you book a Pet-Friendly cabin if you require one.

Pets are not allowed in any Yogi Bear’s Jellystone at Coyote Ranch Resort buildings. They can not be left outside, or on a cabin porch alone. Pets not allowed in any buildings, bathrooms, pools, or playground areas due to health codes.

PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN. CHILDREN OF ALL AGES MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.

This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the campground, its officers and employees. of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury. All Visitors assume the risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment

including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities such as swimming, playgrounds, hiking, jumping pillow, etc., at the Camp-Resort or being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Camp-Resort and it’s owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp ResortTM in Tyler, TX to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.

If these guidelines are not followed, the family will be asked to leave with no refunds.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.

Park staff are not allowed to work on guest RV’s.
