1. We are proud of the beauty of our Campground. Please help us maintain this beauty by properly disposing of all trash including cigarette butts, beverage cans, and cups. We appreciate your cooperation in this effort.
  2. All alcoholic beverages must be concealed in a can koozie or other container while in any amenities building or approved water area. Please, NO GLASS!!!!
  3. The washing of vehicles or camping units is prohibited.
  4. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times in the campground. Please clean up after your pet. Don’t leave your pet unattended. We love animals but please keep all pets out of the amenity’s buildings, structures, water areas, and shower houses.
  5. All sewage from camping units, including gray water, must be discharged into an on-site sewer or taken to the dump station.
  6. Check-Out time for all cabins is 11:00 AM, Campsites is 12:00 NOON. If you would like to stay later, please check with the office by 10:00 AM.
  7. There is NO lifeguard at the swimming pools, splash pad, or pond. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or older. For your safety, no swimming is allowed in the pond.
  8. Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
  9. Trash may be disposed of in the dumpster located in the main parking lot or put in a tied plastic trash bag and placed close to the road. Trash pick up is at 10:00 AM. Please do not leave trash outside overnight.
  10. Visitors are welcomed but must first register and pay a visitor’s fee at the office. To keep all of our campers safe, all visitors on campground property are required to pay an entrance fee and wear a wristband. Visitors may be on property from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please check with the office if you are just dropping someone off or picking someone up.
  11. Tents are not permitted on a campsite with an RV without management approval.
  12. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the Campground.
  13. Please do not place barbecue grills on the picnic tables.
  14. Please wear a bicycle helmet.
  15. Only licensed vehicles are permitted on campground roads.
  16. Personal golf carts require proof of insurance and must adhere to campground policy and purchase decal.

  18. Wristbands are given at check-in and must be worn at all times during the duration of your stay. Wristbands are needed to access the amenities area and activities.
  19. Car pass decals must be displayed at all times in your vehicle window.
  20. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature!

Reservation Policies

At the time of booking, Payment in Full is due at the time of reservations

Requests for reservations must be accompanied by a credit card number.

You will forfeit all payment made if you fail to show up for your reservation.

There will be no refunds due to weather or early departure.

Campsite weekend stays require a 2-night minimum stay (except holiday weekends). All holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Hotter than Hell) require a 3-night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policies

CABINS

Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee (no fee required if you choose to reschedule).

Cancellations made under 21 days prior to arrival get no refund but can be rescheduled for a later date within 60 days.

NO CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS or HOTTER THAN HELL 100 ALLOWED


SITES

SITE Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee (no fee required if you choose to reschedule).

Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival but less than 14 days will receive a refund minus a fee equivalent to a 1-night stay.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive no refund.

NO CANCELLATIONS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS or HOTTER THAN HELL 100 ALLOWED

There are no cancellations or refunds for Campsites or Cabins for Holiday Reservations


WATER PARK SAFETY

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow these guidelines.

NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or older). Parents are responsible for watching their children at all times while inside the fenced area of the pool. Children under 6 and children who cannot swim MUST be within arms reach of an adult at all times while in the pool area.

Water Slides: Absolutely no head-first sliding. Please do not climb up the slides. Inflatable’s and boards are not allowed on the slides. No one over 250 lbs on slides.

All Pools: No running. No horseplay. No eating or drinking while within six feet of the water. Approved swimwear must be worn. All Children who are not potty trained MUST wear swim diapers (available in the Ranger Station).

Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area.


If these guidelines are not followed, the family will be asked to leave with no refunds.
