Yogi Bear’s Jellystone at Coyote Ranch has established the following General Campground Guidelines to help insure your safety and enjoyment while in our park. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
These guidelines are items which pertain specifically to our guests renting a campsite.

Check-In Time: 3pm
Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. (CST).
Deposit: The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
Daily Resort Fee. This per person fee is required for all people visiting or staying at the Resort.
Ground Disposal: Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer Connections: Sewer Connections are required by State Law and must have a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector. Be sure to use a Water Pressure Regulator.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations will be subject to a one night cancellation fee!
Cancellations – Campsites (RV): We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FORTY-EIGHT (48) or more hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeit.
Cancellations – Campsites (Tent): We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FORTY-EIGHT (48) or more hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours of your arrival date, your deposit is forfeit. Also understand that camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
Cancellations – Cabins & Cottages: Guests are required to cancel their reservation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org 90 or more days prior to arrival- to receive a 100% refund minus $35 cancellation fee. A cancellation received inside the 90 day window but more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund minus $35 cancellation fee. A cancellation received less than 60 days from arrival, will not receive a refund.

- Book any of our special holiday weekends and enjoy additional planned activities and even a few Special Events! There is a 3 night minimum reservation (Thursday-Sunday or Friday- Monday) required for the listed Holiday Weekends: due to the popularity of these weekends, refunds will not be issued once booked. We turn other requests down and hold the site for you.
Minimum Reservation: During Peak Season there is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for all campsites and cabins. Spring Break and Holidays require a THREE (3) night minimum reservation.
Reservation Changes: We’ll be happy to change the dates on your reservation (one time) if notified thirty (30) days prior to your reserved date. Holiday reservations are not able to be changed once paid and booked.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. There will be a $25 fee per pet if staying in a cabin or cottage. Pets should be crated when left in a cabin or cottage alone and may not be left outside alone. Damage to furniture or doors are the responsibility of the person that rented the cabin/cottage.
Not all cabins are Pet-Friendly, please make sure you book a Pet-Friendly cabin if you require one.
Pets are not allowed in any Resort buildings such as, cafe, party rooms, bathrooms, pools and the fenced amenities area/playground.
PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN. CHILDREN OF ALL AGES MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the campground, its officers and employees of all liability for injury or damage to property while at the Resort. All Visitors assume the risks and dangers that are associated to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities such as swimming, playgrounds, hiking, jumping pillow, etc., while at the Resort or being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions, and agrees that the Resort and it’s owners, agents and employees are not liable for your injuries or property damaged while you are at the Resort.
Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Wichita Falls Jellystone Resort in Wichita Falls, Texas to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
If these guidelines are not followed, the family will be asked to leave with no refunds. Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
Resort Staff are not allowed to work on guest RV’s.
